Golf Memberships at Miromar Lakes Golf Club
CHARTER MEMBERSHIP - $92,500*** (refundable)**
Available to Miromar Lakes residents.
**Deposit memberships are not equity memberships. A member selling their deposit membership will receive their deposit amount or 90% of the selling price, whichever is greater.
SPECIAL ASSOCIATE MEMBERSHIP - $30,000***
The Special Associate Membership is a non-refundable membership. Full membership privileges, lockers, club storage and an active social calendar make this a tremendous value.
Current or former Charter Members do not qualify.
PREVIEW MEMBERSHIP - $14,000***
A one year golf membership (January 1 - December 31) for golfers who have not previously enjoyed membership at Miromar Lakes. A credit of $5000 may be applied to Special Associate Membership (currently valued at $30,000) if executed by October 1, 2013.
AFTERNOON PROGRAM - $3,000***
Includes 30 rounds of golf and tee times after 12 p.m. or any time play June 1 through October 30, 2013; membership is for one calendar year beginning January 1. Program holders are not eligible to participate in certain Member-Only events. Current or former Charter Members do not qualify.
SPECIAL GUEST PROGRAM - FROM $2,900***
A short-term opportunity for those who have not participated in any Miromar Lakes golf programs. Available for a maximum of 30 days.

- $8,750 Charter or Invitational Membership
- $25 Member Cart Fees Per Round
- Seasonal and Annual Cart Lease Available ***Plus 6% sales tax
