Golf Memberships at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club

Charter Membership - $92,500 (refundable*)

Available to Miromar Lakes residents.

 

Invitational Membership - $92,500 (refundable*)

Available to non-residents with limitations on use of Miromar Lakes amenities.

 

Special Associate Membership - $32,500 (plus 6% sales tax)

  • Upgrade to a Charter Membership in the first two-years and receive substantial credit.

Associate Membership - $45,000 (plus 6% sales tax)

This non-refundable membership entitles you to all of the amenities included with a Charter Membership. Associate Memberships are fully upgradeable to a Charter or Invitational Membership. Upgrade pricing is locked in for 24 months from the date your Associate Membership begins.


Annual Membership - $12,500 (plus 6% sales tax)

Join for one year and dues may be credited towards full membership. $12,500 (plus 6% sales tax) non-refundable golf membership with 50% credit towards the purchase of $45,000 Associate Membership or 100% credit towards the purchase of $92,500 Charter or Invitational Membership.


Afternoon Program - $3,000 (plus 6% sales tax)

Includes 30 rounds of golf and tee times after 12 p.m. or any time play June 1 through October 30, 2012; membership is for one calendar year beginning January 1. Program holders are not eligible to participate in certain Member-Only events.

 

Special Guest Program - From $2,900 (plus 6% sales tax)

A short-term opportunity for those who have not participated in any Miromar Lakes golf programs. Available for a maximum of 30 days.

 

Finance Program

A five-year, no-money-down, interest-free finance plan is available for Charter and Invitational Memberships; a three-year finance term is available for Associate Memberships.

*Not available for Special Associate Membership.

 

Price guarantee for miromar lakes home buyers

Home buyers at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club may qualify for a membership price guarantee and/or waived dues status if they purchase a club membership within 60 days of their contract date.

 

*Deposit memberships

Deposit memberships are not equity memberships. A member selling their deposit membership will receive their deposit amount or 90% of the selling price, whichever is greater. A member wishing immediate sale may also elect to receive 50% of the current market value of the membership. A check will be issued within 30 days.

  • $25 Member Cart Fees Per Round
  • Seasonal and Annual Cart Lease Available
