Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club Wins Community of the Year

MIROMAR LAKES, Fla. - Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club has once again been recognized as "Community of the Year" by the Lee Building Industry Association (BIA). The crowning moment for the residential resort of Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club came during the 17th Annual Pinnacle Awards on April 21.
In addition, Miromar Development Corp. received six more awards at the dinner ceremony attended by hundreds of sales and marketing professionals at Sanibel Harbour Resort & Spa. Miromar Development Corp. won the following seven awards for Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club:

The Pinnacle Awards honor BIA members who obtained an outstanding level of success and professionalism in new home sales and marketing during 2006. Created by the BIA's Sales & Marketing Council, the Pinnacle Awards were developed to recognize excellence in this effort. Judging criteria include originality of campaigns, overall concept, effectiveness and execution as it relates to the target market.
