Gulfshore Homes to Build Venetian-inspired Neighborhood in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club

ESTERO, Fla. - The first phase of infrastructure construction is under way at Ravenna, a new neighborhood by Gulfshore Homes in Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club.
The Venetian-inspired neighborhood is being built on a private island fronting Lake Como and Lake Maggiore. There will be six luxury waterfront homes in each building, with every residence having a private boathouse for direct access to more than 700 acres of freshwater lakes. Homes range from 2,900 to 3,600 square feet under air, and are priced from $1.5 million. Ravenna will offer its residents a private clubhouse and pool in addition to Miromar Lakes' bountiful amenities. Bradshaw & Associates in Ft. Lauderdale has been retained to design more than $1 million in landscaping. Home construction is expected to begin in the fall. Gulfshore Homes, a luxury homebuilder in the Southwest Florida, has built more than 2,000 homes since its founding in 1977.
Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club features 700 acres of aquamarine freshwater lakes, three miles of private, white sandy beaches, a European-style spa, state-of-the-art fitness center. Adjacent to the 10,000 square foot, zero-edge infinity pool and sundeck, the Blue Water Beach Grill features international cuisine in an open-air setting with panoramic lake and beach views. Phase II of the Miromar Beach Club is under construction and will include evening gourmet dining, an indoor/outdoor lounge with wine room, billiard and card room, a theater and a learning center. A private "Beachside" dining room will provide intimate seating and a fireplace with French doors opening up to views of the beach and Lake Como.
Miromar Lakes Golf Club boasts the only Arthur Hills "Signature" Championship golf course in Southwest Florida and a Tuscan-inspired, golf clubhouse. Future plans include a signature championship golf course designed by Robert Trent Jones II, his only "Signature" championship golf course in the world.
