Miromar Lakes' Beach Clubhouse Construction On Track

MIROMAR LAKES, FL. - Construction of the Beach Clubhouse at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club is on target for a January 2008 grand opening.
This is the second and final phase for the Miromar Beach Club and includes the addition of a 20,000 square foot Clubhouse which will complement the already-completed Blue Water Beach Grill, the Spa and fitness center, and the 10,000-square-foot zero-edge infinity pool.
The Beach Clubhouse, designed by Humphrey Rosal Architects of Naples FL, is a beachside venue that will include gourmet evening dining indoors or al fresco under the stars, an indoor/outdoor lounge with wine room, a library, billiard room, card room, a theater, and a business center. The private beachside dining room with a fireplace will provide intimate dining with views of the beach and Lake Como. Miromar Lakes' full-service concierge program will also be located in the new Beach Clubhouse.
Internationally acclaimed artistic design director Juan Montoya, who provided his expertise for Miromar Development's International Design Center, has created a breathtaking image for this world-class beach clubhouse. The architecture and interior atmosphere combine the classic elements and ambiance of the French and Italian rivieras with modern design and conveniences.
