Promenade at Miromar Lakes Nearing Completion

MIROMAR LAKES, FL. - The Promenade, a European-inspired brick-paved walkway at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club, is nearing completion. The Promenade connects the waterfront neighborhoods of Costa Maggiore and Costa del Lago to The Peninsula neighborhoods. The Promenade, inspired by Boulevard La Croisette in Cannes, France, will be a place to stroll, fish, bird watch and dock boats, while offering peaceful views of the community's expansive Lake Maggiore. Jerry Schmoyer, Executive Vice President of Miromar Development states: "The Promenade will provide residents with a scenic and convenient pedestrian thoroughfare to travel between the various neighborhoods, and it will be an ideal venue for hosting outdoor events such as art exhibits."
Located along the shoreline of Lake Maggiore, The Promenade will include a variety of seating venues, and future plans may include a Promenade boat dock with shuttle service between neighborhoods, the Beach Clubhouse and the planned Marina Club. Lining The Promenade, which will be illuminated for night strolls, are royal palm trees, colorful bougainvillea tucked into the rip rock and flower-filled container gardens.
