Volterra Luxury Villa Neighborhood 65% Sold at Miromar Lakes

MIROMAR LAKES, FL. - Only four sites remain of the original twelve in the custom luxury villa neighborhood of Volterra at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. A furnished model is underway on a fifth site with completion by the end of December. Marketing began with the opening of the Volterra model home in winter 2006. Each waterfront home enjoys a southern orientation on the shores of Lake Maggiore and private boat docking facilities. Home and home site prices begin at $1.6 million, including the site, pool package and dock.

The Cordoba has four bedrooms, four-and-one-half baths, a media room and a study with 4,223 air-conditioned square feet on two floors and 5,669 total square feet. The second floor includes a loft and covered deck in addition to the media room and a second master suite.
Interior features in the residence of Volterra include 7 ¼" crown molding in main rooms and the master bedroom, 3 ¼" casings, 7 ¼" baseboards and radius corner bead in the main rooms. Wood ventilated shelving is found in closets throughout each home.
Kitchens include European-style wood raised panel cabinetry doors, granite countertops, and a KitchenAid appliance package. Bathrooms also feature wood raised panel vanity doors and granite vanity tops. Master baths have a Jacuzzi soaking tub. Powder baths include a pedestal sink and all bathrooms have Kohler Devonshire chrome faucets.
