Three New Models Introduced in Portofino at Miromar Lakes

MIROMAR LAKES, FL. - London Bay Homes has introduced three luxury estate home models in the Portofino neighborhood at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club. Portofino is Miromar Lakes' newest enclave and is an intimate neighborhood being developed by London Bay Homes with charming cobblestone streets and only 20 Mediterranean-style estate homes. Most home sites have waterfront views of the approximately 450-acre Lake Maggiore or its wide inlets. Home and home site packages at Portofino are from $1,777,000.
Three Portofino floor plans are available, with 3,518 to 4,285 total square feet of living space, including a covered outdoor living/kitchen area. The plans offer from two to five bedrooms and are versatile with a variety of room options. The homes feature graceful arched entries, interior courtyards, covered loggias, terraces and a custom designed pool and patio. Each home has a two-car garage; a private boat dock is optional.
The base plan for the one-story Alezio encompasses 3,047 air-conditioned square feet and 4,080 total square feet. The model includes two bedrooms, two-and-one-half baths, a study and a second floor cabana suite with its own sky deck. A game or media room may be selected as a second-level option instead of the model's featured cabana suite. Several configurations offer a third bedroom, an office, a loggia, and a trellis. There are numerous other alternatives for additional storage space, fireplaces and a pool bath. Special features in the Alezio include a spacious foyer that opens to both the entry courtyard and an interior courtyard. The kitchen, formal dining area and great room form one spacious and light-filled great room. Adjoining is an attached covered outdoor living area, to which a summer kitchen may be added. A front entry courtyard welcomes guests to the Bardolino. The base plan for this home is one-story with 3,343 air-conditioned square feet and 4,758 total square feet. It encompasses two bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths. An interior courtyard contains a fountain, a fireplace and generous seating. An alternative second floor design for this may include a loft or a guest suite. Among numerous other options are a third bedroom on the first floor, a summer kitchen with an outdoor fireplace, a loggia, media room and sitting room. Just to the right of the entry foyer a formal parlor may be configured to include a wet bar and/or a fireplace. Other design choices available with this plan include a media room, sitting room or club room.
The Cilento encompasses 3,845 air-conditioned square feet and 5,481 total square feet on two levels, with numerous areas for entertaining. It includes three bedrooms and three-and-one-half bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms and two-and-one-half baths are located on the first floor. The model showcases a second floor option with a guest suite, full bathroom, game room, a sky deck with a fireplace and a balcony that overlooks the entry courtyard. The variety of options for the Cilento includes the addition of a fourth bedroom on the first floor. The second floor game room may be configured as a fifth guest suite or as a media room. A half-moon bar and a wine room are options featured in the great room of this model, while a large kitchen island provides a great gathering spot as well as generous functional work space. Other plan choices include a fireplace in the master bedroom and in the rear courtyard. The home also includes a library/retreat and an interior courtyard in addition to a covered outdoor living space.
Standard features in Portofino residences include granite kitchen countertops and a top-of-the-line package with Sub-Zero, Wolf and Bosch appliances.
