Miromar Lakes' Beach Clubhouse Construction on Track

MIROMAR LAKES, Fla. - Construction of the Beach Clubhouse at Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club is 50 percent complete. The Phase II work consists of a 20,000 square-foot Clubhouse to the Miromar Beach Club that will complement the Blue Water Beach Grill, a European-style spa, a state-of-the-art fitness center, and the 10,000-square-foot zero-edge infinity pool, which residents have been enjoying for several years.
The Beach Clubhouse, designed by Humphrey Rosal Architects, is a beachside venue that will include evening gourmet dining, a private dining room, library, an indoor/outdoor lounge with wine room, billiard and card room, a theater, conference facilities and a learning center. The private beachside dining room with a fireplace will provide intimate seating with views of the beach and Lake Como.
Internationally acclaimed artistic design director Juan Montoya, who provided his expertise for Miromar Development's International Design Center, has once again created a breathtaking image for this world-class beach clubhouse. Residents can expect an exquisite beach atmosphere blending the look of the French and Italian Rivieras.
