MIROMAR LAKES WINS COMMUNITY OF THE YEAR FOR 16th TIME!

Miromar Lakes, FL- Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club received the honor of Community of the Year from the Lee County Building Industry Association for the 6th year in a row. Miromar Lakes' award-winning tradition of excellence was recognized at the 2011 Lee Building Industry Association Pinnacle Awards held Saturday, October 15. The luxury resort style community received 8 Pinnacle Awards including "Community of the Year" over 500 acres, and Best Clubhouse Interior and Exterior for both the Miromar Lakes Beach Clubhouse and Miromar Lakes Golf Clubhouse.
Pinnacle Awards were also presented to Miromar Lakes for Best Community Newsletter for "Miromar Waves", Best Special Event Benefiting Charity - Southwest Florida Food & Wine Fest and Best Special Event for "Art on the Lake", an annual outdoor art show held along the waterfront promenade at Miromar Lakes.
Last month, Miromar Lakes was named Community of the Year by the Collier Building Industry Association also for the 9th year in a row. Miromar Lakes Beach Clubhouse also received two Grand Awards after receiving perfect scores from the Sand Dollar Award judges. Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club has earned 98 awards to date.
In January, Miromar Lakes Beach & Golf Club was named the #1 Community in the United States after receiving the National Association of Home Builder's Gold Award for Community of the Year, the nation's highest building honor.
